The Dayton Development Coalition offers qualifying entrepreneurs with viable business plans access to the Ohio Third Frontier’s Entrepreneurial Signature Program (ESP). ESP assists regional start-ups with development services grants, innovation loans and venture capital to effectively develop, market and manufacture their technology-based innovations.
